At MLC Space we aim to be as fast and secure as possible. When it comes to your postage items, every order is packed with care and sent with Australia's leading courier companies. If you have any questions about our shipping policies please read below or contact us anytime.
*There are some exceptions to the above statement where some products are sourced internationally and may dispatch from our international warehouse, please reach out to our customer service team if you have any questions about the locality of the products before placing your order. Please also check the estimated arrival time below for such shipment.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Free Shipping on all Australian orders over $150!
A flat rate of $15 for Standard Shipping will be applied for orders under $150. However, if your order is under $150 and you would like to opt in for an Express Shipping option, the shipping rate will then be based on the weight of the product that you ordered.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Please consider that this is a guide only. MLC Space does our best to ensure your packages are shipped in a timely manner, but we cannot be held accountable for unforeseen circumstances with courier companies.
Australian Domestic Orders
All orders under 5kg sent via Express Service will arrive in 1-3 business days while orders sent via Standard Shipping will arrive in 3-5 business days. All orders over 5kg are estimated to be received within 2-7 business days and will be sent via Road Courier.
Orders that contained products that are shipping from our international warehouse may take at least 20-45 business days to arrive due to the recent pandemic, we are so sorry for the inconvenience caused and thank you so much for your understanding.
International orders
We are currently only servicing Australia. But if you are staying in anywhere outside of Australia and you are interested in buying our products, feel free to contact us and we are happy to provide a shipping quote for you. Also please allow 5-14 Business Days for your items to arrive for orders not shipping to Australia.
WHEN ARE ORDERS DISPATCHED?
Orders received before 11am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) are dispatched the same business day (Mon-Fri). Orders received after 11am are dispatched the next business day.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOX?
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to P.O. Box.
TIPS FOR FAST DELIVERY
Double check your address before ordering.
Couriers have 'Authority to Leave' parcels if safe. We recommend having a parcel sent to your workplace if you live in an apartment block, have a property which is not accessible to a courier or there is no safe place to leave a parcel.
If being delivered to a workplace, including the name of the business, not the shop number or level.
TRACKING NUMBERS
MLC Space will provide every parcel that leaves our warehouse with a tracking number including free delivery parcels.
